Designed and developed by Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Profriends), Lancaster New City is the realization of an ideal Philippine residential neighborhood. It brings within reach everything the average Filipino household needs, from a place of worship to children’s schools to employment opportunities.

We envisioned a peaceful and orderly community where families could live in comfort – away from the stress, noise, and heavy traffic of Metro Manila. Still, we acknowledged the importance of being near the nation’s capital, so we chose a strategic location that would allow residents to easily reach the Metro.

Today, Lancaster New City is home to many Caviteños, as well as professionals and families from the Metro who seek a quieter and calmer life.

Lancaster New City is the biggest mixed-use, master-planned development in Cavite. It boasts idyllic residential neighborhoods with tree-lined walkways and a business center with well-managed traffic and an efficient transport system.

Lancaster New City has five main components:

Residences – Two zoning locations consisting of at least eight (8) villages
Business – The location of the Suntech iPark
Retail – The location of The Square
Education – Consists of 14 locations, including four (4) campuses of St. Edward School

About Profriends

Property Company of Friends, Inc. was incorporated on February 23, 1999 by Guillermo Choa and a group of friends who shared in his vision of creating communities and transforming lives. As a property company, Profriends, as it is commonly called, began providing housing units in small pocket developments in Cavite. It has since grown to include medium rise condominiums, estates for low, middle and higher end markets, and a flourishing township in its portfolio. Today, Profriends has committed to be at the forefront of creating integrated communities that provide lasting value and uplift the lives of the families it serves. Since its establishment and as of December 2022, Profriends has built and delivered over 60,000 houses for Filipino families.
