ONLINE (WEB / APP)

Step 1:

Send an e-mail to [email protected] to request for a Reference Account Number. Include the Unit ID for booking, your basic information and one valid government-issued ID in the e-mail.

Step 2:

Wait for the unique one-time Reference Account Number to be sent to your e-mail. Use the assigned Reference Account Number to pay.

Step 3:

Log-in to your bank’s online banking facility via website or mobile application.

Step 4:

Select “Send Money” or “Transfer to Other Bank,” or whichever is applicable to your bank.

Step 5:

Search and select “Robinsons Bank” or “Robinsons Bank (InstaPay)” or “Robinsons Bank (PesoNet)” as a RECEIVER / RECIPIENT / DESTINATION ACCOUNT, or whichever is applicable to your bank.

Step 6:

Input the following details that you need:

Account Number: Reference Account Number
Account Name: Property Company of Friends, Inc.

Details that your bank may require:

Purpose: RF for [UNIT ID]
E-mail address: [email protected]

Step 7:

Complete the transaction and wait for confirmation or confirmation e-mail. Take a screenshot of proof of payment and send to [email protected].

OVER-THE-COUNTER

Step 1:

Send an e-mail to [email protected] to request for a Reference Account Number. Include the Unit ID for booking, your basic information and one valid government-issued ID in the e-mail.

Step 2:

Wait for the unique one-time Reference Account Number to be sent to your e-mail. Use the assigned Reference Account Number to pay.

Step 3:

Go to any Robinsons Bank branch.

Step 4:

Completely fill-out a deposit slip in duplicate copies.

Step 5:

Input the following details that you need:

-Date:
-Payment Type: Cash or Check
-Currency: Peso
-Type of Account: Savings
-Account Number: Reference Account Number
-Account Name: Property Company of Friends, Inc.
-For Cash: Denomination, Pieces, Amount
-For Check: Check Type, Drawee Bank/Branch, Check Number, Check Amount
-Total Deposit: Reservation Fee amount

*The buyer is highly encouraged to pay via CASH to avoid check clearing lead time.

Step 6:

Queue and submit the deposit slip and cash or check to the authorized bank representative only. Ask for a copy of the validated bank deposit slip as a proof of payment and send to [email protected].

The remitter should shoulder the core bank charges so it will not be deducted from the proceeds credited to his account, amount of charges is usually $20.

Metrobank also charges $5 automatically regardless of the account
